Actually, I am using this journal as a backup to store the fanart stories I made for Demon Slayer during the past three months. They are all Tomioka Giyuu centered. And these pages spoil the entire manga till the very end.
The first one, "To Prepare A Wedding", is about the wedding of Zenitsu and Nezuko several years after the demise of Muzan, and Giyuu's role in it.
The second story, "The Homecoming Souls", tells the tale of Giyuu's passing and his reunion with other pupils of Urokodaki's. It is split into two parts due to the POV shift in the middle of the story: the first part is narrated from Tanjirou's perspective, while the second part follows, mostly, Giyuu's own POV.
The language in the fanart is Chinese, my mother tongue. The reading order is Right to Left. I may add English descriptions for each page when I am less busy. I apologize for not making a full translation because that would be really time-consuming...
(Update: yah, page summaries are added now!!!)
To Prepare A Wedding
page 1: It is three years since Muzan's defeat. Zenitsu and Nezuko are eventually betrothed. Tanjirou and co. announce the news to friends and comrades via their crow and sparrow, and receive many prompt replies.
page 2: Giyuu doesn't send a written response. Instead, he visits the Kamado abode personally.
page 3: Giyuu offers to help the young couple prepare their wedding - much to everyone's surprise. And he is surprisingly good at the preparatory work. They settle down the date and venue of the wedding with the local shrine, and proceed to purchase gifts for guests and prepare costumes for the ceremony. Occasionally, Tanjirous catches whiff of melancholy nostalgia coming from Giyuu...
page 4: The wedding ceremony is a delightful occasion. Many old neighbours and Demon Slayer friends are present and give their sincerest congratulations to the newly wed. Tanjirou is drenched in a mix of happy, prideful and relieved moods!
page 5: The wedding reception begins at twilight. In the past, it was the exact hour when the host and majority of the guests prepared themselves for another night of demon slaying. But now, they can feast and booze and celebrate without a care.
page 6: Tanjirou decides to offer some of his sister's nuptial sake to his deceased family, and ascends the mountain alone. As he says his prayers, another scent approaches the burial site.
page 7: Tanjirou is somewhat surprised that the new visitor is Giyuu. Tanjirou begins to express his thanks for Giyuu's help during the wedding preparations, and when he does so, he is overcome by the saddening scents coming from Giyuu.
page 8: While Tanjirou is hesitant to ask questions, Giyuu offers his story voluntarily after a moment of hesitance. He explains that he took part in the preparations for his sister Tsutako's weeding when he was a child, and thankfully he has memorized all the procedures, which allows him to be of some help to Nezuko now. When he says that, Tanjirou notices that the melancholic scent is still very present.
page 9: Wishing to relieve the sad mood, Tanjirou says that Giyuu must have been a great help to his sister and that Tsutako must have been a beautiful and happy bride at her wedding. Giyuu clarifies about what transpires on the night before the wedding. Tanjirou apologizes for unknowingly bringing up such a tragic topic, yet Giyuu says this is not something that Tanjirou needs to apologize for.
page 10: Giyuu says that it brings him much relief when he witnesses the moment when Nezuko and Zenitsu are declared a married couple. That is what he really wants to say to Tanjirou.

The Homecoming Souls (part i)
page 1: Tanjirou and co. receive a crow from Urokodaki informing them of Giyuu's grave illness. Astonished by the sudden news, Tanjirou belatedly notices all the signs indicating Giyuu's dwindling health months ago.
page 2: Tanjirou departs to Urokodaki's place at full speed. It is three months since they last saw Giyuu, and they really don't expect Giyuu to be bedridden and dying so soon.
page 3: As soon as Tanjirou sets foot in Urokodaki's cabin, he notices the image of over a dozen teenagers surrounding Giyuu's futon. The kids all wear fox-shaped masks.
page 4: Judging by the distinct scents coming from everyone in the room, Tanjirou understands that Nezuko, Zenitsu and Inosuke feels nothing of the fox-masked spirits. Urokodaki seems to notice their presence, even though he can't catch their sight or scent. And Giyuu seems to be with them.
page 5: Giyuu tries to say thank you at his last breath. (Actually, I am trying to be ambiguous about whom Giyuu is addressing.)
page 6: Giyuu's soul joins the deceased.
(These six pages are narrated from Tanjirou's POV. What actually transpires in Giyuu's POV is slightly different.)

The Homecoming Souls (part ii)
page 1: Giyuu reaches a misty field where tiger lilies bloom.
page 2: Giyuu catches rustling of the grass and footsteps. He sees over a dozen kids dashing at him, and they are wearing the identical warding masks Urokodaki created for each of them. He wonders whether Sabito is among them.
page 3: The kids greet Giyuu. They are sorry that Giyuu also passes away at a young age. Despite that, they express their gratitude for Giyuu, who has been able to make achievements and take care of Urokodaki in their place. Giyuu says it's more like Urokodaki taking care of him, but the kids claim that Urokodaki is happy with Giyuu's company - they can see past Urokodaki's tengu mask to notice that he frowns less and smiles more.
page 4: The kids are waiting for their beloved Urokodaki together. They wish to give their master a final farewell before heading towards their next lifecycle. Some also want to apologize for saddening Urokodaki with their deaths. They blame themselves for breaking the warding masks and the pormise of homecoming. Giyuu says it is not their fault, and that the evil demon who killed them is the only one to blame. Sabito notices that these words are different than what Giyuu used to tell himself.
page 5: Makomo jests that Sabito is not acting like his usual self, who constantly claims that Giyuu and him are going to have words. Sabito decides against it, arguing that the experienced and mature Giyuu who made many difficult decisions decisively and faced many dangerous foes fearlessly deserves better than some scolding from a child.
page 6: Meanwhile, Giyuu tries to comfort the apological kids. He says that evil demons are already eliminated, so his senpai's won't suffer from similar worries or guilts in their next life. The kids claim that Giyuu did a lot in the final battle against the progenitor demon Muzan. To this, Giyuu says their praise overrates his actual contribution. And Sabito disagrees with Giyuu's word.
page 7: Giyuu explains that Tanjirous was temporarily absorbed and turned into a demon by Muzan because he wasn't fast enough to save him. Also, other Demon Slayers sacrificed their lives to save him from Muzan's attacks. Giyuu believes Sabito could do much better in the final battle. Sabito dismisses Giyuu's statement, saying it's just untested supposition which will never come to place. Giyuu's deeds and Giyuu's bravery, on the other hand, are solid facts that can be denied by no one. Sabito demands Giyuu to give enough credit to himself, and claims that Giyuu and Tanjirou are the pride of everyone here.
page 8: Sabito helps Giyuu put on his warding mask. It is a tradition among Urokodaki's pupils to help the next comer wear their mask.
page 9: Sabito adjusts Giyuu's mask till he's satisfied. He then entrusts to Giyuu the safekeeping of Urokodaki's and Tanjirou's masks.
page 10: Giyuu accepts his new task. He wishes that Urokodaki and Tanjirou will cherish their living years for as long as possible, and hopes they won't rush to join the deceased.
