Description

Lineart by pencil with digital coloring. Belonging to my own House of Finwë collection completed late last year, which includes almost all the Elves from that family. (Not going to have all of them here, though; I am really not proud of most of them...)

Brother of Finrod and Galadriel. A Noldorin Prince who fell in love with the mortal woman Andreth, yet refrained from marrying her for he knew their different fates would eventually force them part way. The most tragic romance I have read from Tolkien's works, I think.

Three elven ladies fall in love with men of the Edain, leading to high drama and the line of Kings of Numenor. One elf lord falls in love with a a woman of the Edain, and chooses to end it because of the possibility of drama. There is some sort of parallel lesson there, but I cannot think of one right now. :)
